The Little Things

Good Evening Everyone-

This blog is dedicated to anyone out there needing a little inspiration....

I had the great pleasure of talking to a beautiful woman today- and since she's unaware of me writing this, she will remain nameless.

Our talk meant a lot to me, it wasn't a long talk, but it went straight to my heart, and I will think of her often. She brought something up to me, that has taken over my thoughts this evening.

"Thank God for the little things" was what she said. And as I sit here, I think "yes, thank God for the little things!" Without the little things, we wouldn't have the big things. And someone who has been diagnosed with anything, and when your remaining days are uncertain, absolutely, thank God for the little things. No one knows how long we have left on this beautiful earth, so we should be thankful for everything we're given.

We may not have money falling out of our pockets, but we have roofs over our head, we have food in our tummies, and we have love in our hearts. And most of the time, it's the little things that matter in life.

I ask you all, that sometime over the next few weeks, take a moment to think about what you are thankful for. I hope that you have the same thoughts as I did when I asked myself what I was thankful for. And maybe ask your kids, or a child you know what they are thankful for. I bet you will enjoy listening to what they appreciate in life. Ask them to hang on to the things they love- for life isn't always easy.

Bless you all,
~Morgan
